Bridge That Gap Hope for Africa Initiative (BTG) is a nonprofit organization that has impacted individuals and communities through programmes and interventions in governance, education, environment/climate change, livelihood support, disaster risk management, peacebuilding, mental health and psychosocial support, as well as advocating for safe space for women and girls to thrive in the society. BTG was founded in the year 2016 and was incorporated in 2018.
We promote awareness and encourage discussions about gender equity and appropriate access to facilities and services for all irrespective of the gender.
We aim to strengthen Early Warning and Early Response Systems to address emergencies towards the mitigation of disasters from front-line victims to front-line responders.
We focus on advocating for a more inclusive, transparent and accountable governance processes including service delivery, budgeting, legislation, and policy analysis.
Promotion of sustainable development of communities through the adoption of healthier environmental practices including afforestation and sustainable waste management towards environmental justice, biodiversity conservation and in addressing climate change.
